Last Call LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wisconsin-based AI customer service company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information obtained through our website and Services. By accessing our website or purchasing/using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to the practices described herein.

We collect information you voluntarily provide when signing up, purchasing a plan, or communicating with us. This includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details, and business information such as services offered, hours of operation, and calendar access.
We also collect information automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data via cookies and analytics tools.
Payment data is processed exclusively by Square Space Payments. Last Call LLC does not store complete credit card or banking information on its systems.
When you use our Services, we collect Call Data generated through AI voice calls and SMS interactions. This includes caller phone numbers, conversation transcripts or summaries, appointment details, response times, metadata, and related records. This data is collected on your behalf to deliver, maintain, and improve the Services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
Fulfill our contractual obligations and deliver the Services
Configure and operate your custom AI voice receptionist and text bot
Process payments and manage billing
Send booking notifications and important service updates
Improve AI performance, accuracy, and system capabilities
Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Services
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Call Recording and SMS Data
By using Last Call LLC Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Incoming calls handled by our AI may be recorded and/or transcribed for service delivery, quality assurance, AI training and improvement, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes.
SMS conversations between the AI and your customers are logged and stored.
Wisconsin is a one-party consent state for call recordings. However, you (the Client) are solely responsible for ensuring your End Users (customers) are aware that calls may be answered and recorded by an automated AI system, and for complying with all applicable federal and state call recording, notification, and privacy laws (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any state wiretapping statutes).
Last Call LLC provides only the technology platform. You, as the business owner, are fully responsible for the lawful use of the Services within your jurisdiction, including obtaining any required consents or providing necessary disclosures to your customers.
We may use anonymized or aggregated Call Data to improve our AI models and services generally.
4. Third Party Services
To deliver our Services, we use the following third-party platforms (each with their own privacy policies):
Retell.ai — AI voice call handling
Twilio — Phone number provisioning and call routing
GoHighLevel — SMS automation and CRM
Stripe — Payment processing
Airtable — Data management (if applicable)
Make.com — Workflow automation
We share only the minimum data necessary with these providers for service delivery. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
5. Your Customers' Data (End Users)
When your customers interact with your AI receptionist or text bot, their phone numbers and conversation data are collected and processed on your behalf. You acknowledge that:
You are the data controller for your customers' (End Users') information.
You are solely responsible for obtaining any required consents or providing required notices to your customers.
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, TCPA, and data protection laws regarding your customers' data.
Last Call LLC acts solely as a service provider (data processor) that processes this data on your instructions and behalf.
You agree to indemnify Last Call LLC against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your failure to obtain proper consents or comply with applicable laws.
6. Marketing Communications
If you opt in, we may send promotional emails or updates about our Services. All marketing communications will clearly identify Last Call LLC and include an easy unsubscribe option. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell, rent, or trade email lists.
7. Data Retention
We retain your business information for as long as your account is active and as reasonably necessary to fulfill legal, accounting, billing, and contractual obligations.
Call logs, transcripts, and other Call Data are generally retained for up to 90 days after service termination or cancellation, unless longer retention is required for legitimate business purposes (such as dispute resolution or legal compliance) or if you request otherwise in writing. You may request deletion of specific data by contacting us, subject to our legal and business needs.
8. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information and Call Data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and use of the Services is at your own risk.
In the event of a data breach involving personal information, Last Call LLC will comply with applicable Wisconsin and federal data breach notification laws, including Wis. Stat. § 134.98 (notification within a reasonable time, not to exceed 45 days where required).
9. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to enhance performance and understand usage. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though certain functionality may be limited.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for business use only and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
